Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.<br>If you require your order urgently, you can choose fast delivery method in checkout page, price and conditions are listed out there.<br>Estimated delivery time* following dispatch of order:<br>Hong Kong 1-3 Business Days<br>Taiwan 2-4 Business Days<br>Singapore 4-10 Business Days<br>Malaysia 4-10 Business Days<br>Australia 4-10 Business Days<br>Rest of the world 5-10 Business Days<br>*These estimates assume that there are no delays at customs and delivery is not to a remote location. Please note that deliveries to remote locations may take additional time.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>02.Do I get warranty for my leather items\/ metal accessories? What if I found defects on my item?<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><br>Warranty term: Twelve months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product itself i.e. leather\/ metal surface, handling or stitching. Parts other than the above are not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any accidental damages.<br>Please note that the product is made of natural leather. The appearance of pores, textures, and minor scars on the leather surface are all natural phenomena.<br>All products are warranted to be replaced from defects. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact@crudostore.co if you request a replacement. Please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue, and write \u201creclaim of purchase\u201d as the subject of the email.<br>Note that repair\/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness;<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification;<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as earthquakes;<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Esthetical changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Products may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>03.Can I cancel or change my order?<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><br>If you wish to cancel or change your order before payment, please write to us at contact@crudostore.co.
