Return Policy is applicable to orders from Crudo official website ONLY.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>If you are not satisfied with the products, we are pleased to offer a one-off return and refund.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>We gladly accept returns for orders within 14 days of receipt for Overseas customers and 7 days of receipt for Hong Kong customers. The refund products should be in a completely new and unused condition.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Any shipping fees incurred for returns shall not be borne by Crudo.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>To exchange a product, the product must be available on Crudo and its price shall be lower or equal to the original order amount.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>The product is unworn, unused, unaltered and in the condition originally sold.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>The product is not damaged in any way.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>The customer will have to pay the difference in price if s\/he selects a product of a higher price.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li>Any shipping fees incurred for exchanges shall not be borne by Crudo<br><br>The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in its \u201cOriginal Purchase Condition\u201d shall be determined solely by Chow Sang Sang and its decision shall be final.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Returns &amp; Exchange Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Please contact our customer service to arrange the returns for you. All items shall be mail back with original packaging and gifts (if applicable) to our designated address. A refund will be transferred to your payment account within 14 days.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>To keep our product at the best price, an additional delivery fee (if applicable) is not included in our selling price.
