Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-4 business days of receipt. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.

02.Do I get warranty for my leather items\/ metal accessories? What if I found defects on my item?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Warranty term: Twelve months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product itself i.e. leather\/ metal surface, handling or stitching. Parts other than the above are not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover any accidental damages.
Please note that the product is made of natural leather. The appearance of pores, textures, and minor scars on the leather surface are all natural phenomena.
All products are warranted to be replaced from defects. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at contact@crudostore.co if you request a replacement. Please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue, and write \u201creclaim of purchase\u201d as the subject of the email.
Note that repair\/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Products may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
03.Can I cancel or change my order?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you wish to cancel or change your order before payment, please write to us at contact@crudostore.co. If your order has been paid, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
04.What can I do if I found my package is lost?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If your package is lost in transit, please write to us right away at contact@crudostore.co and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once the items are declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
05.How can I pick up my order in Hong Kong?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can choose either one from the three options below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1) Postage service by SF Express \u2013 the merchandise can be shipped to your address directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2) Pick-up at convenience stores \u2013 Sf express provides a self-pickup service at convenience stores. You can refer to the list of stores during checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
